With that, all four opposition groups who passed the threshold according to the CEC are now aligned in declaring the elections rigged and refusing to recognize the results.

5 months agoGeorgia: Turnout was 58.94%, with 2,060,412 people having voted by 8 p.m., an increase of nearly two percent over the previous election. Polls closed after 8 p.m. after all those in line had cast their ballots, although the CEC said it had not yet received data from five polling stations in the high mountain regions. This turnout figure does not include voters abroad
